They're great these sorts ain't they mate? I see 'em all the time at the gym.
No race jibe intended, but it's usually the Polish lads dressed up in their two-sizes-too-small t-shirts and flashy trainers. Throwing their water bottles on the floor as in a statement of 'hardness'. They then struggle with a pair of 8kg dumbbells and do their backs in.
It's a "bro" thang y'know....respect!

It's great when they are caught posing in front of the mirrors in the toilets. The skinny ones look so sheepish, whereas the proper big lads just carry on.
