I have had my share of swearing and abuse today. My SIL has just passed away. My BIL was SO abusive to me. But I took it, thinking it was the drink talking, as well as grief.

Constant swearing doesn't do a person any credit at all, it just labels them as not the brightest cookie in the drawer, imo.

Some people just swear, that's the way it is.
There is a guy at work in his late twenties who swears all the time. He's probably one of the cleverest and most intelligent technical engineers I've come across in 40 years.
I heard a member of staff effing in Morrisons i told him kindly not to use language like that especially in store --i heard him again 20 mins later so i had a quiet word with a senior member of staff.
