Hacks

Lot of hacks about these days, those lists of ten ways to used WD40 or 20 ways to Train your dog better type life hacks.

Some of them are simply barking mad, putting WD40 into an iphone can only ever end in tears or some are simply dangerous, alpha rolling a dominant dog can go one of two ways both get you bitten.

So why for the love of all things holy are people doing them ? why believe some random person made up a daft list of things on the internet ?

Wrapping your head in a double layer of foil stops all the voices that tell you to sharpen your knives before you shop at Asda

Re: Hacks

I do know what you mean though, I had a pop up today, which showed me how to clean the burners on the gas cooker, I now need to pop out and buy a plastic bag and 5 litres of Ammonia

I used a life hack for peeling potatoes to make mash at XMas. Worked a treat and I'm a changed man

Re: Hacks

On a related topic, when you consider all of the weird and wacky things that the world produces, don't you find it amazing that:

1/. Someone will have gone into the office, thought "what shall I do today?", and then decided that inventing/designing, for example, a new device to boil an onion, would be a great thing to do.

2/. A group of people would then design and set up a large machine which has the sole use of making such a product.

We really are very strange monkeys.
