Canada+++ was never offered, just the basic Canada deal.

I do not have a problem with that, it is how the rest of the World does free trade agreements.

If it is good enough for the rest of the world we should have taken it.

Canada +++ was always a non starter, never on offer, one big reason is that there are betterment clauses in the other free trade agreements with Japan, South Korea, Canada etc, so give it us and and they had to give it the others.

Canada +++ included services, which are not on offer under WTO Rules.

It was always a non starter.
