Do we even have a spare gunboat to send???

Spanish warship encroaches on Gibraltar waters. Will the UK send a gunboat ??? - are we going to go to war with Spain (again) ??? Do we even have a spare gunboat to send???

Hmmm - made of wood, no copper hull lining, would be eaten by wood worm before it got past Cherbourg.
