Sorry nowadays being a parent means more benefits,we have them where I live, when you don't see the parents they are usually single parent families, (not to say all single parent families are the same it depends on the reason for being single parent) with numerous children looked after by the oldest. There are cars parked on both sides of the road 149 houses, road is circular and was made one way a few years ago, the kids play on the bends guess who's cars go slower the older people the idiots who have young children belt round at a rate of knots regardless of anything, male and female alike. the road is wide enough to take 3 cars if 2 park 1/2 on the pavement.
