Only one? That's a bit daunting. I think it would have to be - why does he/she allow so much cruelty to animals and inhumanity to our own kind to prevail throughout the world.

I would have difficulty asking any question of a fictitious being.

Apart from the obvious "Do you exist, God?", it would have to be "Does the pink flamingo fly sideways on Wednesdays?"
If he didn't know the answer to such an obvious question, well I seriously wouldn't have any faith in him/her/it/they/LGBTqigorillaalienminggimpoid.
