No.....not the dwarf....spiralling costs of cigarettes has forced me into giving up.......so I apologise, in advance, for my grumpy ramblings.

If I may offer some advice, I gave up some years ago (quite easily as it happens) and found the best self-encouragement was thinking about all the money I would save.
