He paid his debt to society .
He sexually abused her so he is still a danger to children. No paedophile ever pays their debt to society, as I have said before they should be incarcerated for life!

Most of the evidence brought against Rolf Harris was not proven at allOne suposed victimsof the alleged incidents -Tonya Lee waived her anonymity and sold her story for £33,000. She alleged when she was 15, Harris indecently assaulted her in London. This assault she maintained took place in a public house in front of witnesses, none of whom actually witnessed it. She said nothing for a quarter of a century .
Until the chance to make some dosh presented itself .
