In this case, there is substantial reasonable doubt concerning the evidence.
Simply to condemn him to a life in prison you have to ask yourself 'What if he's innocent' and should you ever find yourself accused of something you haven't done you would be happy for someone to question your guilt....There have been many miscarriages of justice over the years......and this one is by far on the doubtful list....

You make a good point there. Some of the people that have come forward in these historical abuse cases have clearly either not been abused or have made much more of what happened than any sane person would. The he brushed my breast as he walked by and that ruined my life doesn't sit well with me.

The four counts of making indecent images were related to the Protection of Children Act 1978, which interprets viewing images on a computer as making images.
