What on earth is a 'Legume'.....?
It seems our ability to absorb magnesium deteriorates as we age. Avocados and nuts are good sources. But not sure how many you have to eat! If you have gout it's linked to the kidney's so you shouldn't overdo magnesium.

💨

I took magnesium for a while as heard it would help me sleep but unfortunately it didn't really help though I know some fellow insomniacs swear by it.

Hi

Magnesium and manganese are often confused.

They have different functions.

Pains in muscles and bones were suspected to be caused by a deficiency of Vit D not long ago. . Now it’s maybe magnesium ?

Wow Annie!! It sounds almost like a miracle for you.

I guess what works for one person doesn't work for another but it's well worth giving it a try.
