Another remark of him with no substance. Take a few minutes to look into the matter. On this forum it has been bashed around some months ago.
In short: countries pay their membership due. Beside that there are targets about the amount of money a country should spend on arms. The UK for instance, meets those targets. You have of course a lot of people who would like a bit of that money to buy their daily bread. But who cares, as long as you have weapons to the satisfaction of trump.

The netherlands and other countries have agreed to grow to that target by 2021. You see, we don't need so many weapons.

But perhaps the UK should concentrate on fighting crime. The increase is higher than the influx of immigrants. So those decent british themselves use knives too. Time to learn how to contain agression?

Certainly the Frogs and the Ities!

Actually, I believe the Belgians and the Dutch didn't put up much of a fight either.

The british on the other hand never needed much encouragement. You tell them there are weapons of mass destruction involved, and off they go. Just point them in the correct direction and like a good doggy, they attack.
Master trump gives you a nice bone to chew afterwards.

No, you bought those weapons for your own army to play with. How big your army is, is entirely up to you as a sovereign state.
So your own politicians decided to spent the country's money not on the people of britain, but on the army. It is not for me to comment on the wisdom of that choice. That is for you to decide.
