His defence being that he filled the forms in to the best of his ability but the forms were so complex.... seems it all too hard for him to understand

Usually ignorance is no defence in law so they must have taken pity on him for some reason. Maybe it was because he fitted the demographics

Barely grownup 3 years ago. Didn't know what he was doing. Voted leave. Says it all.

He won his case.

Your hysterical kangaroo court is a joke.

Re: More Justice for the Leave Campaigns

The Court and the Judge ( the the self-serving , Remain supporting Electoral Commission) ruled that he his actions were NOT dishonest or lacking transparancy.

It seems that Banchory and Solasch are struggling to understand that very simple ruling.

No denial or lack of understanding just stating the fact that His defence was that the forms were too complex for him to understand. I take it that the irony is lost on you

No - he did nothing wrong.

The court ruled he was right and had done nothing wrong, so won his case.

Thats how the justice system works. Your silly kangaroo court is just like the one used in the Witch Trials ... we've moved on since then.

Problem is that your too thick to work it out and we have to constantly spell it out on here for you

Listening to him now being interviewed by Ian Dale on LBC

The abuse this guy has received is absolutely disgusting.
