I saw this too and it would be quite a scare for anybody with that jumping out on you.
Fair enough, probably just a prankster but he could be a serious sexual predator. Best if the cops look onto it to suss him out.
Remember those clowns with knives who kept jumping out of bushes? Not cool.

Oddly enough, I laughed my head off last week coming home from work when I saw a jogger in full Spiderman costume including mask. Hilarious and I nearly swerved off the road!

I have (I hope) as good a sense of humour as any - but - fail to find anything amusing about scaring people witless. Pranks like this one - and the clowns - could give a child nightmares for months. Could even bring on a heart attack in someone with cardio problems. It is very thoughtless and not at all funny in my book.
