Even Vaping, can cause aggravation to Asthmatics or those struggling to breathe due to other lung problems, so just be careful when you 'light up'.

Thanks UJ, I’m seldom that vile to anyone and just picked on you for perceived injustice, my mistake. The WGH here has special vaping shelters, although some normal smoking tobacco goes on.., I think they don’t want to be too down on people whom may have received the most upsetting personal news.

Oromorph is ok, I still have the remains of a 300ml bottle in my medicine cabinet (for emergencies).
A word of advice, oromorph gives one horrendous constipation, either get the hospital to prescribe some sennacot for you, or get friends or family to get you some plums (honestly - they do help).
