wont rising temperatures especially of the oceans cause more
evaporation and thus more clouds? And also rising air temp
will allow more water to be held in the atmosphere? And
wont this extra cloud block the light from reacting with the
plankton and so reduce oxygen production?
I have no questions regarding your prognosis for the human
race!

The air above the ocean is always saturated with water vapoyr. Carbondioxide (CO2) has a much bigger effects. The layer of this gas bounces warmth and acts like a blanket keeping the warmth so it cannot escape to higher layers. This blanket is an important cause for earth's warming.

You have explained the earth warming bit Solly But my
question was ( could the warming affect oxygen production
by the micro organismns present in the oceans ?)
