I have seen these in the plant catalogues and know people grow them. But when they are to be dried anyway, are readily available in the shops and space is scarce for many of us in the UK they are not a first choice crop for many I do buy them though from the heath food shops.

sorry Eileen, I have not seen them 'fresh' anywhere ..
mm I bet they are lovely ..
I would imagine tender young 'de skinned' broad beans are similar ..
