Re: Garden Ornaments?

I have a buddha ... and I tickle his tummy every time I pass him.

I read somewhere buddha's like that .. and it brings good luck.
Of course, it could have been a fib and then I must look a right nit but who cares?

We have a black cast iron Buddha in the garden, along with a concrete pig, pot dogs and a ceramic reclining cow (don't ask).

In the house we have a collection of several Buddha's made from a variety of materials.
It all started a couple of years ago, when SWMBO brought one back from a car boot sale, because she said it looked like me. Cheeky mare.

I have since lost 2.5 stones...............

Re: Garden Ornaments?

I have a couple of frogs in the garden - one ceramic, one cast of concrete. Each is about the size of a large potato.

Re: Garden Ornaments?

Have a stone tortoise underneath some plants - my grandaughter found it the other day - she thought it was real - so, as usual, I let her have it.
