I planted two varieties of flowers, Begonias & Gladiolas. I'm no expert so they could be gladiolas.

Begonias tend to take longer to shoot.

They're glads. It was mentioned in another post.
But I think all gardeners feel a little of the joy of seeing new life ... even if we had only a small part causing it, planting the seed or the bulbs.
