You only have to watch the television and some of the daft 'monster eats' type programme to see that those things will come over here.For years Harry Ramsdon and TGI Fridays have offered enormous meals and a T shirt if you could manage it.
You don't have to eat at those places nor would I like to eat at a place where my meal needed to be found under a magnifying glass. We have choices. This man was obviously on his way to a heart attack and the meal that he was eating didn't contribute it was all the other cr*p that he had eaten inthe past.
