I've just downloaded that on my Kindle. Looks like a laugh if nothing else. The prices are hysterical anyway

Sags darlin' - from an early age (circa 14 or so) when my parents went away on holiday and left me to house-sit, (going away with parents on holiday at that age, was considered very uncool) I swore I would never live out of tins and packets. As a consequence, I stood in the kitchen and watched Dragon do the cooking and learnt how to cook my own food from her. I now do all my own cooking up to and including making my own cakes.

Thanks Azz. I have downloaded them to my i-pad. I will probably try some of the recipes as I love cooking and experimenting with food.
The WI are well known for making good, wholesome foods.

I've downloaded both of them as well. The first one looks like it will be a good read as I see it was first produced in 1852.

Matey, - Dragon was my Mother - my Father's name was George - hence the diminutive.
