Good morning everyone, clear sky now after heavy rain all night. Talk of snow for tomorrow but hopefully won't be much...

We pruned some large trees yesterday so I've some logs to cut later and I'm cooking chicken korma for lunch.

I don't think I've seen a restaurant that colour before Alan, do they dish out sunglasses with the menu...

Good morning fellow members a bright morning after a stormy night.
I had a pretty sleepless night worrying if the temporary cover the builder put on the wall under the landing window would hold or leak and flood the kitchen but it was ok .
I hope he rings today to confirm when they are coming back to complete the work .

The three little ones loved their trial day in school which is a relief to us all

I may do some baking today, it has gone much colder and it will be nice and warm in the kitchen.
