Retirement.

Hi

Well, that's it, I permanently retired this morning.

I originally took Early Retirement in Spring 2014, but then called back in, part of the deal.

I have two outstanding things, but only as a witness, nothing else.

A weird feeling, but very liberating, I can do what I want.

I have seen so many of my Ex Colleagues go downhill so quickly and die after retirement.

Time to keep myself busy, Charity work beckons.

I have never been happier, I have the freedom to do what I want when I want, bliss

That said I have by own strict regime to keep myself moving and my house in order .
No laying in bed, up at 7am then out across the fields and a good healthy diet.

Charity work can be the answer Swimmie - I took early retirement back in 2007 and I've never been so busy. I don't even get weekends off now!!! (But I love it!!)

I took up photography again for my retirement hobby. Now take photos during the day and in evening if bored I do a bit of editing on them. it is something one can do by yourself or meet upwith others.

Strange thing is I seem to have no time for anything now but did have time when working.

Now the only boss is "er indoors"
