Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Got a huge sirloin beef joint from Tesco at half price from Tesco last week (got a feeling every store was offering half price roasts for Easter). So roast it rare, with roast pots and parsnips, yorkshires, kale, broc, and sugar snap peas and lashings of gravy and horseradish. Cooked extra spuds, parsnips and kale so tonight it's cold beef with bubble and squeak.

Oh and yesterday I thinly sliced (using gadget I have) some 'reduced' strawberries, and left them to masserate (spelling?) in some Canderell, for a few hours and served with a Vienetta on offer for £1 , chocolate, strawberries and ice cream (shame there is not an emoticon for melting in bliss ).
