Good Morning Roxy and Anyone looking in..Aye,I'm a bit concerned about Jessie too even if She can't get logged on here for some reason,She would still receive Our PMs in Her e mail but She wouldn't be able to reply unless She knew Our e mail add's,Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning All Lovely and sunny here today, am in the mood for a decent walk so I'm driving over to John o Groats then up to Duncansby and along the cliffs past the Sea Stacks. Hoping it won't be too busy as most of the Tourists are away now the English Schools are back.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning, Still dark out as it's only 4.30am. I hate being wide awake at this time as it screws me up royally for the day. I normally get up at 6.15 and leave for the pool at 7am. Now I'll be tired about 5.30 and want to go back to sleep, then I'll miss my swim. Have a feeling it's going to be one of those daysRe: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good Morning Roxy,I hate when that happens as You say it screws up Your day,Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Afternoon All Good to have you back Jess. We did have a couple of new gentlemen join us here but neither has been on for several days so it's back to us I guess. Has a lovely morning, been wallowing in the water at the Health Suite with a pal. Steam Room, Sauna, Hot tub and the Pool. Fair enjoyed it made a real change from just swimming lengths.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good morning to all. We're up at the usual 5:40am! Which is the time that our two chihuahuas have decreed is their breakfast time. So after we drag ourselves out of bed and struggle to the kitchen. We eventually get them fed and the kettle on. What's the first thing they do after breakfast? Promptly fall back to sleep again! Apparently, totally exhausted after their early morning exertions!
