Re: Is it possible?

I remember after I was born and in the midwife's arms, my mother saying oh not another girl what on earth are we going to call her. I felt rejected from that time on all my life. I have a high IQ and I imagine Alistair Armstrong probably also wonder if that is relevant.

Re: Is it possible?

I hesitate to say it isn't because we don't know enough at this time to be sure but I do wonder if he dreamed and then it set as a memory. That is possible.
I think my first memory is about 2 years old I sometimes think I remember earlier but when I think about it I am seeing the memory from the outside so it's more likely I am seeing my younger sisters being bought home.

I would like to say " absolutely not, that just can't happen" but none of us really know! Until we do, I think I would be more likely to agree with Julie's thoughts!

Not quite sure what you mean Moyra, because I think you have missed some punctuation around the "Armstrong probably also wonder" bit?
Apart from that, did you mean that after you were born you could immediately hear and understand adult conversation because of your high IQ?

Could it not also be the case that they do have a high IQ and are simply stating a fact, or that their job title does contain the words you speak of Malcolm? Some people have never heard the expression 'inverted snobbery'.
