However, I'm starting to prefer 'Petit Posy', or as Lidl calls them 'Flower Sprouts' and we have a good crop of them too.
Frozen ones GW I don't buy fresh ones they are rarely very fresh but frozen ones are very nice IMO

But millions of years ago when i was a young girl at junior school. But she smiled so i sat down and ate everything else but the sprouts. The dinner lady supervisor came round and said your not going out to play because you haven't eaten your sprouts thats wasteful! I said i didn't ask for them as i don't like them So i had to sit in and sulk
That sounds as if you had the same dinner lady as I had as a kiddy Sue lol....

I like a few sprouts but not too many...I had to laugh at the Vicar of Dibley sprout match where she was having to force them in her mouth lol

I love bubble and squeak made with sprouts. Much tastier than cabbage, and I fry the broken up spuds and sprouts with onions and sometimes bacon. Delicious.

I love them, one of my favourite vegetables, however they're cooked, any time of year...
