You may have disabled smilies in text .....

I've just tried that to see what happens .....

I still saw smilies on the right but they were reproduced as text in posts ..... but I've just tried something else and no I have no smilies on the right just like you, so I may know the answer .....

In the orange menu bar, that starts with "Home" and ends with "Search", click "Control Panel.

On the left-hand side, under "Settings and Options", click "Edit Options".

Scroll down (about 4 screens) until you see "Miscellaneous Options" with "Message Editor Interface" underneath.

In the drop-down selection box, click the down arrow "V" the click on "Standard Editor".

Scroll down (about 1 screen) and the click "Save Changes".

If you try a post, you should see a smiley selection on the right.

If you don't, click "Advanced" under the message text box.
