Nice and hot last night, what bit I saw of it after hitting the pillow, the next thing I knew it was six in the morning and time for my friday five....

The thunderstorms overnight didn't materialise and It seemed so much hotter this morning while out running than it did yesterday, even though there was some cloud cover this morning.

Off to the coast today with some friends.....I think I'll put my swimming costume in, just in case....
