Chicken - I always keep some in the freezer as there are so many ways you can use it.

Oh lord,too many to mention: chicken and beef broth, canned tomatoes, rice, beans, pasta, assorted cheeses, onions, garlic, spices, loose leaf tea, canned ham, bacon, canned tuna, sardines, pizza crusts, pizza sauce, pasta sauce, pesto, Kettle chips!

The most used ingredient I use has to be salt, . . . sod the blood pressure.

Oh yeah, Nero, salt and freshly ground pepper are essentials! And my BP is normal despite salt usage.
