Jem - absolutely agree with your lady.....We had a term for boys that groped - all I can say is my experience as a teenager. I loved the fact that boys 'respected' you - they certainly did me and its a memory I treasure, the girls that 'did' were talked about by both genders... Now - today, so different - girls are classed as 'easy prey'

I may well be misunderstanding what you are saying and if I am, please do correct me (again!).I have absolutely no doubt that some of the alleged victims are just trying to make money out of it - not like the person they are accusing can argue their corner any more and that, imo, is unforgiveable. I just feel that those who covered up the offences that did happen need to held accountable.
I have no doubt that a lot worse things happened and people were trying to cover it up to save possible embarrassment or for other reasons but I fear worms are coming out of the woodworm in the hope of making some quick cash out of it.

Yes well,if he's guilty the law will punish him but if not then the complainant should be charged and the media made to compensate Harris as well as giving a very public apology for the stress caused by publishing his name.It seems that if there are no witnesses to an event a person can actually be charged on the 'probability' of an event happening which imo shouldn't happen to a possibly wrongly accused person,
(I wonder how many MP's etc are shaking in their boots wondering if more 'dirty washing's in store )
