In our system of justice there are well established rules of due process.The first is that the accused has an absolute right to confront his accuser.
The 2nd is that the accuser ALWAYS testifies 1st. In every court case in American history, the accuser has ALWAYS testified first.
In the Judge Kavanaugh hearings, the accuser Christine Ford, has demanded that the system be turned upside down in order to please her.
She says that IF she is to testify, she demands that Judge Kavanaugh can not be in the room while she testifies. That violates his rights.
Next, she demands that he testify 1st. Testify against what ? She has, at best, made vague claims. How can a man defend himself if he does not know what the exact claims are.
Next she says she MAY testify but only at her own personal convenience
Just who the hell does she think she is that she has some special privileges.
I'll tell you exactly who she thinks she is. She is a woman, and therefore must be granted special rights which no man has.
2nd, she is a #MeToo woman, and therefore MUST be believed without any proof.
The Judiciary Committee has gone so far to please her that they said they would move the entire hearing court to California if she would testify.
She does not REALLY wish to have her day in court to publicly charge her alleged abuser. What she is REALLY after is to delay, delay, delay until the Democrats can find another liar to back up her story.
As I have said before, this is NOT about a woman's right to be heard. It is about feminist politics and their opposition to Judge Kavanaugh. It was about that from the beginning, LONG before anyone heard of Christine Ford and her spurious claims.
