Re: Dyson pure cool

The best thing we've ever bought, especially in this heatwave.

What is it Carol?
Is it a fan, or an air con unit?

Re: Dyson pure cool

I can't remember what TV programme it was but there was one recently that compared fans. The conclusion was that the area covered by the moving air was about the same as a standard fan.

I notice they use Dyson fans in our local hospital. They seem to push the air out very well. I'd think they are safer because there are no spinning blades for little fingers to touch through the grille. I'm not convinced they are more efficient than other fans though.

I don't really know what they are but I heard somebody saying they'd sent for one.

They cost upwards of £300 so they must be something special - not an air con though!!

Gosh, that seems a lot of money Carol.

I think I'd read as many reviews as I could if I were you, and then make your decision.

Re: Dyson pure cool

Just looked them up, and the Dyson website they seem to be £499 upwards.
I saw one at £649!

I'd want gold knobs on it for that price.
