It is really pleasant here at the mo.

Just looked at the forecast and they have issued a warning about 'Gusty winds' (40 mph) possible onTuesday mid-day for a couple of hours.

Re: WARNING! Britain braced for Mega Cyclone!

whatever will be will be but I doubt it will be as bad as they are saying, it's like when we get snow in this country the whole country comes to a standstill because of a couple inches of snow, it's quite ridiculous really. Now should we be about to get what North & South Carolina, Philippines and China are having then we would have cause to worry. The scaremongering reporters need to go and do one

It is bright here but windy and the clouds are moving north quite quickly. They say that the winds will get stronger tonight, so I am hoping my baby pigeon won't get blown out of his nest.

I found a piece of egg shell this morning Twink, it looked pidgeon sized, I wonder if they're still rearing young this late in the year?

Well this one has been here for about 5 weeks But is quite well grown now. I asked Nom and he said they sounded like a young pair of pigeons. He also said that many nest throughout the year.... and I am not going to argue with Nom, he is our expert!
