Re: going to bed

I suppose I usually go to bed between 11pm and midnight but it depends on what I am doing because I will sometimes still be up at 1am and, on rarer occasions I might be in bed by 10.30pm.

As for waking and getting up; my clock radio turns itself on at 6.30am and I get up by 7.20am so I can have a shower and get dressed before the ABC News and AM current affairs at 7.45am until 8.30am during which I eat breakfast and have my morning coffee as I listen.

There you go... What an exciting life we must all lead when our bedtime is a subject for discussion.

Re: going to bed

I generally go to bed between 10.00 and 11.00pm. I like to read in bed for an hour or two (depending on what I am reading). Usually I fall asleep with book in hand and the light on. I wake about 4.00-5.00am and often start to read again (if my eyes are not too tired). Take dogs out at about 7.00am for an hour or so and then sometimes, if the weather is not good, I hop back in and have another read with the radio on. If I doze off I am not bothered. It's lovely not having to get up too early - I've had too many years living by the clock.

Re: going to bed

I go to bed between about 10.30 and 11pm, read or do wordsearch for about half an hour then sleep until 7am which is usually when Gypsy starts throwing my phone and books on the floor from the befside cabinet and she pokes me in the face with her paw, then Paolo comes flying through the window so I get up feed them and Dolly let Dolly out then go back to bed for a couple of hours.
I'm usually back in bed by 2pm and nap until 4ish. Sometimes I have to nap around 11am if I'm really tired.
I find without an afternoon nap I have trouble getting to sleep at night which is weird.

Re: going to bed

We normally go to bed at about 11.30 and get up anywhere between 6.30 and 10.30 depending on how much sleep we got.
