My mother would go on a brussel sprouts only diet believe it or not. For days on end the house would stink of them. She lost weight on it though .

I like sprouts, but my mother used to boil them virtually into a mush.
If you don't like the traditional sprout, then try a 'Petit Posy' type - a sort of sprout/kale hybrid .

I used to pay my son 5p for every sprout he ate when he was little. He now loves them and is battling to get his own kiddies to eat them
