Mature cheddar, definitely. And I love marmite flavoured cheese.
I also will enjoy cheese spread. Cheese pineapple halo. Boursin. A little bit of Brie.
Love it on toast, in a sandwich, toasted sandwich, sprinkled on meat and pasta dishes, on biscuits (especially digestive). And while I type I'm having it in a roll.
The only complaint I have with some cheddar is when it's gritty. Ewwwww!
