I'm a huge cheese fan, all except for the most mature cheddars! Favourites are the blue cheeses, I love St Agur and Cambozola, Stilton and Blue Vinny.

No blue or green cheese for me thanks . But goat or sheeps cheese yes yes , soft cheese with apricot or cranberry yummy

From young soft and smooth to old and crumbly I love my cheese.

I like Wensleydale cheese, particularly the one with ginger. I love to visit the factory in Hawes where you can taste all the different flavours and choose favourites to bring home.

Love it all - only exception is Stinking Bishop, I just have to get that past my nose and then it's OK. But the effort of getting it past my nose is too great.

Got to be mature cheddar. On toast with Branston pickle . I'm also a lover of Laughing Cow Lite cheese spread. Okay, not hard cheese, but delicious. Oh, and parmesan on my pasta dishes. I'm salivating now!
And on mashed potatoes then put in the oven. The list is endless

I love it too much so rarely buy it. The stronger the better! Alas, it is reserved for special treats only now.
