Babe is the only one I dont really like. My husband is from London and calls me Girl. I rather like it and always smirk when he calls me it when there are young girls about, who look at me as if to say, You are joking right?

My work colleague, an ex marine, calls most of the ladies 'treacle' in conversation, which I have never come across before....

Two of our I.T. technicians call everyone 'dude' but then they are working in I.T.

Anything related to bogeys, balls or bums makes me retch.

I am outraged when tv chefs scratch or touch any of these areas while broadcasting because I know that some time soon the germs they have invited on their bare hands will soon be frolicking in the ingredients being prepared..
