Rees-Mogg as PM? Dream on! I can't think of one current Tory MP who would vote for him. They're scared to death of him now.

But Boris is a sort of member of the cabinet, he hasn't got an official job title but has been accepted as a guest and is able to attend cabinet meetings.

Rees-Mogg could never be in cabinet. He would never submit to whips telling him to vote against his conscience and convictions. He's an honest, honourable man. They'd never dare. He'd be sure to blow the gaff.
