Give me the old days.

To me the old days were better no one had much but spared time for others. Today is too fast and complicated what say you?

I agree somewhere around mid 50`s to mid 60`s seemed to be about right for me.

Re: Give me the old days.

Give me the days of old back any day. My Dad and I were talking only yesterday about this how neighbourhoods knew each other and looked out for everyone. Where i live now I only know my 2 immediate neighbours, if I passed my other neighbours in the supermarket I wouldn't even know. My Dad knows barely any of his neighbours too and no one ever checks on him to see if he is ok, he's 85 next month.

Same here. We, and our neighbours weren't well off but at least we looked out for one another. It's all I'm alright Jack these days.

The more ways we have to connect the more we seem to become disconnected from each other.
