So much for security …

Security, really? How many times has this happened in the past? No idea of exact figure but there have been incidents of this in the past. Either similar to this news item or when laptop computers have mysteriously 'gone astray'. This when added to the Matt Hancock video leak it would seem we definitely are not taking security seriously enough.

"Classified Ministry of Defence documents containing details about HMS Defender and the British military have been found at a bus stop in Kent.

One set of documents discusses the likely Russian reaction to the ship's passage through Ukrainian waters off the Crimea coast on Wednesday.

Another details plans for a possible UK military presence in Afghanistan after the US-led Nato operation there ends."

"The department of health is to look into how footage from Matt Hancock's office was leaked, Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis has said.

The video, which shows Mr Hancock breaking Covid rules by kissing a colleague, was passed to the Sun, and ultimately led to his resignation.

Speaking to the BBC, Mr Lewis said: "We have to understand how that happened and how we deal with that.""

Of course, it is perfectly possible that the documents were left at that bus stop 'accidentally on purpose'.

Why or who would need to take classified documents out of the building even.

Heh heh! Yeah!

Hmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn! The plot thickens!

Budding authors wishing to emulate le Carre`, start here!

L sent to incriminate M using F. Then N sent to discredit L which discredits F and frees M. N knows too much and gets shot!

One problem, there has never been, and never will be, a genius like le Carre` at the BBC or Sky News. Therefore, I won't be following it!

Do you think it had something to do with “ security being breached”

Maybe showing how easy it was.

After all, didn’t some guy end up on the end of the Queen bed.

Maybe he put a bet on with his mates,..who knows..

Re: So much for security …

Personally,Baz, I don’t believe there is such a thing as “ security “ in this life.

If someone wants to harm you, they can find a way.
