[That's a great question. I do a lot of cooking and I use meat about 30% of the time. I prefer to buy meat fresh and cook it but I don't mind frozen if it hasn't been in the freezer for too long. I think the trick is to thaw it slowly in the fridge overnight. Some precious buggers that I have cooked for have sometimes been able to pick if it's been frozen but mostly if you do it right, most can't tell the difference. Especially if its been marinated and BBQdRe: Fresh Meat or Frozen? Can You tell the difference?
