Oh Rhosyn, losing our pets is heartbreaking, i m very sorry for your pain, I wish I could give you a real time hug right now.Someone said don't be afraid to cry, I agree with that, we were given tears for a reason, let them flow. Afterwards, focus on the memories.

Loads of sympathy for you for your loss. It was one year exactly last Thursday when I had to say goodbye to my dog who I'd had for 12 years. I was gutted and I still well up when I think about him. He was one of the best friends I have ever had and even though I have another great dog now I still miss him every day. Time helps but you never forget them.
