Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

I have a Zoom course booked for tomorrow (from 10 till 1) on Epilepsy. Hope I can stay awake.....

Lovely washing day today, bright sunshine and lots of wind - still not very warm though. Spent most of the morning scrubbing the bathroom and removing some dust from all sorts of places. Knackered after that - but at least I managed to get something done.

Nice sunny morning-first load of washing out on line.
Yesterday's speed awareness course was interesting. It's surprising the things you forget driving wise. There were 8 on the course from all over the country 2 of us from Wales.
Gardening on the agenda today.
Hope your Zoom goes ok Sue.
Keep safe.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Zoom course was interesting but somewhat taken over by a lady whose daughter has a number of seizures each day - and she was keen to tell us all about them.... I'm not sure that there was much I didn't know, but, as I say, it was interesting - but three hours is a long time.

Nicest day of the week and I was stuck in the coldest room in the house (!)

Opertating as Nana's Taxi today. The farming family have been transported to the Rugby Club for lunch and an afternoon of fun and will be collected by Nana when they phone to say they've had enough....

Hooray for some shine shine.
Was going to some gardening in one part of the garden yesterday but there's a pair of lovely Goldfinches nesting in the Japanese maple so that bit of garden will be left until the chicks have fledged.
Shame the Swans lost yesterday, one the players is from the village, his grandparents still live here.
Enjoy the sunshine-bet the beach will be busy Jac.

Have had a very lazy day - put the parasol up on the patio and picked up a book I'd forgotten about and spent most of the day reading - in between putting washing out and taking it in!

Strange morning. When I got up there was a thick mist - couldn't see acrpss the valley, but the sun is out now and it's warming up, thank goodness. Oh how I'd like to be trotting down to dip my tooties in the surf!
