Re: French recipes

You're killing me here, they absolutely look mouth watering and the fresh green beans.....yummy. I'm half French but the sauces are too much for me now but this looks like a wonderful dish.

Re: French recipes

Better post a caveat, : I will not be held responsible for any weight gains with these recipes.

I really fancy this one.

Re: French recipes

I've never had roast duck ...unless you count Peking duck. And not a beef fan particularly; so will pass on these, but I do enjoy reading the recipes you're posting. Any interesting Italian ones coming up?

They're already posted DM, let me know what you like regarding food, this goes for all of youse, I've got over 20,000 recipes on hand, . . I found another ancient cook book with 2,000 old recipes dated from the 1920's.

Re: French recipes

You've probably already sussed out my tastes: Asian (Chinese, Thai, Japanese), Italian, or more properly, Mediterranean, soups and stews, ethnic foods, spicy, one pot recipes, really pretty much anything that can easily be reduced to a single serving...I'm good at that, if I say so who shouldn't!
