Yummy! Do you cook Chinese, Nero? I learned in the late 70s; prefer Szechuan. do a few Cantonese recipes also. It's ideal for a single person as recipes can easily be cut down for a single serving. And it's healthy, low on meat and high on vegetables, as well as being delicious.

I dug out a Chinese cook book yesterday too DM.

My fave is Szechuan Char Sui, . . loverly jubberly.
