What's on the menu tomorrow ?

After all those scrumptious recipes I've posted no doubt you'll be having a go at one or two, . . . the way to a man's heart is good food so they say.

I bought a steak pie!! Not the same when you have only one person (me) to cook for! So I buy pre-cooked meals! Can't be bothered cooking meals for myself.

Your meal sounds yummy, Meg Mind the doggy bag and send it up before the postal strike starts

Enjoy it

Only me to cook for as well Brandykins but I always make sure I have a home-made cooked meal every day except Fridays which is chippy night I often use my slow cooker-can make about 3 meals which I freeze and have at a later date.

Tomorrow I am having Diced Beef with carrots, leeks, onions and white turnip cooked in chasseur sauce and done in the slow cooker then put on a bed of mashed potatoe with garden peas as a side vegetable-my mouth's watering now at the thought of it

I cook for myself too; tomorrow is broiled crab cake, fresh spinach, curried potatoes and the usual ciabatta roll.
