I've got an Xmas pud in the micro just now, it said to steam it in a pan for 2 hours, . . sod that, . . I put it in the micro on medium heat so I'll let you know how it turns out.
It worked, . . just 40 mins in the micro and it's done, . . the recipe said to let it mature for 2 months after cooking, . . . oh yeah, that'll be the day.
