Re: Time

It's hard to believe we are fast approaching autumn already .......where has this year gone?

The dreaded 'C' shopping time will be upon us before we know it!

Re: Time

Time hasn't sped up for me because I have more of it. I am still working but on a compressed schedule. I work 12 hour days so that I get 3 or 4 days off every week. That gives me more time to enjoy myself. I also tend not to waste much time now that I'm 60. Since I have lived alone now for 10 years I don't have the obligatory visits to see people I don't care for. I do what I want, when I want, if I want. It saves time.

Me too Bob I have spent years being nice to people I don't particularly like and going to places I don't really want to go, but not any more. Life is too short to waste it doing things you don't want to do.

Re: Time

Time is very flexible IMO. Like standing in a queue it s t r e t c h e s
And I once found out that if you fall off a horse going at some speed the length of time taken to fly in a graceful arc through the air and then watch ground coming up to hit you in the face is...interminable.
(and I think men tend to wildly overestimate how long things last TBH. )
